General Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Lessons:

1. Accademia D’Arte AD’A reserves the right to modify their courses schedules depending on the availability at the moment of enrollment.
2. Missed lessons cannot be recovered.
3. On national and local holidays lessons do not take place and will not be rescheduled.
4. 10 minutes before the end of every lesson students must clean their own materials as well as the space they have been using.
5. Lessons are not transferable to other students.
6. Accademia D’Arte AD’A reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the lessons.

Expenses and Refunds:

1. Materials are not included in the course fee.
2. The admission fee will not be refunded.
3. No refund will be made to students who begin their course late or interrupt it before its official end.
4. If the student does not show up after 31 (thirty one) days of the start date of their course the enrollment will be cancelled and the enrollment fee will not be refunded.
5. Students will be charged for bank transactions expenses.
6. Students at Accademia D’Arte AD’A, are not insured neither by the School nor by those offering accommodation, against illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal possessions. We therefore recommend that the student arrange their personal insurance policy.

Finished Artworks:

1. The shipping and expedition of the student’s Art work must be arrange by them.
2. Accademia D’Arte AD’A does not take any responsibility in the Student’s artwork shipping process.
3. Accademia D’Arte AD’A does not take any responsibility in the Student’s artwork or art materials left here at AD’A.
4. Artwork, such as paintings, sculptures, mosaics, and frescoes can be left at Accademia D’Arte AD’A for a máximum period of three (3) months.
